Shipping & Delivery

So, you’ve done your shopping; just how long will it be until your order arrives?

Here are a few things to consider while you wait for your order:
  • We ship in business days. Monday - Friday, excluding national holidays.
  • Shipping starts from the date you received the “Your Order Has Shipped!” email.
  • All items over $200 will qualify for free shipping- 7-10 business days. Additional shipping timeframes will be available at customer’s expense.
  • The estimated timeframe does not include additional manufacturing time (sizing, engraving, etc).

Rhudy's Jewelry Showroom is a local, family-owned business - we work with shipping partners all over the world to get your things to your doorstep, wherever that may be. Although the vast majority of our customers will get their orders in the estimated timeframe, actual timeframes may vary from region to region.

 
  1. HOW DO I RECEIVE MY PURCHASE?

    You can purchase your items online and pick them up at our store, or ship them directly to your doorstep. Shipping is free on some orders. We use the best carriers in the business to make sure your order gets to you on time. From the Secure Checkout page, you will see your item description, price and delivery timing. Where available, you can also choose a faster delivery method on your order, for an additional fee. Delivery times vary according to your selected delivery address, availability of your items and the time of day you place your order.

  2. How much is shipping?

    Once you’ve clicked through to Secure Checkout, you can enter your delivery address and choose a shipping method. All items over $200 before tax will be offered free shipping. Additional shipping options will be available at customer’s expense. Shipping costs are then calculated and tacked on to your subtotal at the bottom of the page.

  3. Can I track my order?

    We rely on a global network of shipping partners (UPS, FedEx) as well as local postal services (USPS) to get your order to your doorstep as soon as possible. For this reason, tracking is not always available. If your order is being sent by a trackable service, these details will be included on your orders page as well as on the shipping email we send you.

  4. Where does my order ship from?

    All orders are shipped from Fayetteville, NC. For the protection of your purchase, all purchases ship from Rhudy’s Inc instead of Rhudy’s Jewelry Showroom.

  5. DOES MY PURCHASE SHIP SAME DAY?

    Same day shipping is not available on customized, engraved products, and for certain order types. To get same day shipping, you will need to place your order by 12pm EST, Monday to Friday. For instance, if you order your goods before 12:00 pm, Monday through Friday, you will receive shipping confirmation information the same day.
